What is EX-OPS?
Executive Operations — also known as EX-OPS — is a Private Forces Tactical Realism Simulation Unit.
We are not a MilSim.
We are something sharper, smarter, and more immersive.
We are what we call a Tactical Simulator (Tact-Sim) — built to reflect the structure, mindset, and operations of real-world Private Military Companies (PMCs), Private Security Contractors (PSCs), and PMSC/Private Forces (PF) units.
While traditional MilSims focus on roleplay-heavy, conventional military reenactments, Tact-Sims like EX-OPS are designed for:
• Purpose-driven realism without the unnecessary drama

EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS (EX-OPS) was founded after walking away from the toxicity, ego, and broken leadership that plague most MilSim communities — including a final attempt to give the 75th Ranger Regiment a second chance. They proved once again why the MilSim scene is failing: cliques, power trips, and a complete lack of respect for time, loyalty, and tactical growth.
EX-OPS exists to do things differently.
